In order to help speed up your mortgage please ensure you have all of the following at hand :

  • 3 Months bank statements (all accounts)
  • Photographic I.D. for all applicants
  • Verification of address (i.e. phone bill, esb bill )
  • Loan statements (for all current loans)
  • Credit card statements (if applicable)
PAYE
  • Status Enquiry form signed by employer
  • Last two payslips (if paid monthly) Last three payslips (if paid weekly)
SELF EMPLOYED (one of the following)
  • Audited accounts (id applicable)
  • Accountants report
